Getting started
New to DataPix? Start here.
What is DataPix?
DataPix is a quick-commerce analytics platform for consumer brands selling on Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit in India. It collects your sales, ads, inventory and purchase-order data from each platform every day, normalises it, and presents it in one dashboard — with downloadable reports and AI-assisted insights. The goal is simple: stop juggling separate seller portals and spreadsheets, and get one source of truth for your q-commerce business.
Which platforms does DataPix support?
Today we cover Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit. Each platform has analytics modules tailored to the data it exposes, and we're actively adding more quick-commerce marketplaces. See the Platforms & coverage section for what's included per platform.
How do I get started, and how long does setup take?
Book a demo and tell us which platforms and brands you sell on. Once you're onboarded and your seller accounts are connected, our system begins syncing immediately. Most brands are fully set up within 24 hours and see their first dashboard within a day.
What do I need to provide to set up my account?
Your seller-portal access for each platform you want tracked, the brand(s) you want covered, and the cities or markets that matter to you. Our team handles the rest of the setup and configuration.
Do I need to install any software?
No. DataPix is fully web-based — just sign in at datapix.pro from any modern browser. There's nothing to download, install or maintain.
Can my whole team use DataPix?
Yes. Your account can be shared across your category, marketing and operations teams. Talk to us about the right plan for your team size. For security, each session signs in on one device at a time — see Account & access.
Data & sync
Where your numbers come from and how fresh they are.
How does DataPix get my data?
With your permission, our automated system securely logs into each of your seller portals on your behalf, pulls the relevant sections (sales, ads, inventory, purchase orders and more), normalises the numbers so they're comparable across platforms, and loads them into your dashboard. You don't have to export anything manually.
How often is my data refreshed?
Automatically every day. Each morning your dashboard reflects the previous day's performance across all connected platforms.
Is the data real-time?
DataPix is a daily-sync platform, not a live feed. Quick-commerce seller portals report most metrics on a daily cycle, so we sync once a day and give you a clean, fully-reconciled view rather than partial intraday numbers.
How far back can I see historical data?
From the day your account starts syncing, we retain a rolling history (typically several months, depending on the module and platform) so you can compare trends over time. Note that some platforms limit how far back they expose certain data, which can cap history for those specific sections.
Why is yesterday's data sometimes missing or delayed?
Occasionally a platform's portal is slow, under maintenance, or changes how it works, which can delay a sync. When that happens DataPix shows a clear banner on the affected section, and our system automatically retries. The data fills in as soon as the platform makes it available again — you don't need to do anything.
What happens if I change my seller-portal password?
The sync for that platform will pause until the new credentials are updated, because we can no longer log in. Just let us know (or update the credentials) and syncing resumes — no data already collected is lost.
Platforms & coverage
Which marketplaces, brands and cities we track.
Which cities do you cover?
We track 25+ cities across India, and the list keeps growing. Actual coverage depends on where your brand is listed and where each platform operates.
Is Blinkit fully supported?
Blinkit is currently covered for storefront data — pricing, availability and fulfilment metrics. Zepto and Swiggy Instamart have the deepest coverage today (sales, ads, inventory, purchase orders and more). We expand platform depth continuously.
Can I track more than one brand?
Yes. If you manage multiple brands, DataPix can track each of them, and your dashboard lets you view them individually or together.
Will you add more platforms?
Yes — more quick-commerce marketplaces are on our roadmap. If there's a platform you'd like us to prioritise, tell us at support@datapix.pro; customer demand shapes what we build next.
Features
What's inside the platform.
What can I see in the dashboard?
A modular suite covering the full commercial picture: Sales Intelligence (GMV, units, average selling price), Ads & Campaigns (spend, ROAS, impressions, CTR, keywords), Inventory & Availability (on-shelf availability, stock-outs, store distribution), PO Lifecycle (PO → ASN → GRN, fill rates, shortages, returns), Competitor & Cross-Platform Pricing, Promo / MRP compliance, a cross-platform Command Center, and daily AI Insights.
Can I compare platforms side by side?
Yes. The Command Center and cross-platform views put Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit next to each other so you can compare GMV, ROAS, availability and pricing in one place — instead of opening three separate portals.
What are AI Insights?
Every day DataPix analyses your full data set, detects anomalies (for example a sudden ROAS drop or an availability gap), and surfaces prioritised, plain-English recommendations on what to act on first — so the important signals don't get lost in the numbers.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every section supports CSV and Excel export for any date range, so you can drop the numbers into your own reports or share them with your team and partners.
Can I filter by date, city or brand?
Yes. Most sections let you choose a date range and drill down by city, brand and SKU, so you can zoom from a national overview down to a single store or product.
Ads, search & shelf
Zepto and Instamart ads, share of search and dark-store stock.
What is quick-commerce analytics?
Quick-commerce analytics is the data a brand needs to sell on 10-minute delivery apps such as Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit: sales by SKU and city, ads ROAS, stock in each dark store, search rank against competitors, and purchase-order fill rates. Each app shows these in separate seller and ads portals. DataPix pulls them every morning and puts them in one dashboard.
Can I use DataPix as my Zepto ads dashboard?
Yes. Every morning DataPix pulls your Zepto ads data (spend, ROAS, CPC and orders by campaign, keyword and city) and flags campaigns below break-even ROAS and keywords spending with zero orders. On the Grow and Command plans you can also change bids, budgets and negative keywords from DataPix. Nothing goes live until you approve it, and every change is logged.
Does DataPix track Swiggy Instamart ads?
Yes. DataPix reads your Instamart ads data every day (spend, ROAS and orders by campaign) next to your Instamart sales, shelf and purchase orders. Campaign changes on Instamart are read-only for now, so you make them in Instamart's own ads portal.
What is share of search, and does DataPix track it?
Share of search is how much of the top of a search results page your products hold, compared with competing brands. DataPix reads the quick-commerce search results for your brand and products in dark stores every day, records where your products rank and how many of the top results are yours, and compares that with your competitors.
How does DataPix track stock in dark stores?
Every morning DataPix reads the shelf in the dark stores where your brand is listed: whether each SKU is in stock, running low or out. On Zepto it reads stock a second time each evening. You see on-shelf availability by city and store, the SKUs about to run out, and an estimate of the sales lost while they were out of stock.
Can a quick-commerce ads agency use DataPix?
Yes. DataPix is built for brands and for the agencies that run quick commerce for them. An agency sees each brand's sales, ads, shelf and purchase orders in one place, gets a morning list of what needs fixing, and can export any report to share with the brand.
Security & privacy
How we protect your credentials and your data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your portal credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256, and all data is transmitted over TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices and keep every customer's data isolated.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you authorise on your account. Your data is never shown to other brands or your competitors.
Do you sell or share my data with third parties?
No. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties. DataPix exists to give you a private, accurate view of your own performance.
Where is my data hosted?
On Google Cloud Platform (using Cloud Run, BigQuery and Cloud SQL), with a cloud-native, scalable and secure architecture. DataPix is built and operated in India.
Can I delete my data or close my account?
Yes. Email support@datapix.pro and we'll deactivate your account and remove your data on request.
Account & access
Logging in and managing your users.
How do I log in?
Go to datapix.pro and click Sign In, then enter the credentials provided during onboarding.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Use the password-reset link on the sign-in page, or email support@datapix.pro and we'll help you reset it.
Why was I logged out, or told I "signed in from another device"?
For security, each account is signed in on one device at a time. If you sign in somewhere new, the previous session ends automatically. Just sign in again to continue where you left off.
Can I add more users or seats?
Yes — talk to us about adding team members to your account so your whole team can work from the same data.
Pricing & plans
What it costs and how to try it.
How much does DataPix cost?
There are three plans: Shelf at ₹34,999/month (the full digital shelf), Grow at ₹49,999/month (adds the full Ads Hub, basic automations, the Fulfillment Hub and Deepdive) and Command at ₹89,999/month (adds advanced automations, all 6 platforms as they go live, and a monthly analyst review). Prices are in INR, exclusive of 18% GST. A 6-month plan gets one month free and an annual plan two. Every plan covers all cities, all dark stores and unlimited competitor SKUs. See what's in each plan or download the pricing deck (PDF).
Is there a demo or trial?
Yes, both. A 30-day paid pilot runs DataPix on your live data for ₹24,999, fully credited to your first 6- or 12-month plan. You can also schedule a guided demo before you commit: use the Book Demo button anywhere on the site, or email support@datapix.pro.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or change my plan?
Email support@datapix.pro or your account contact, and we'll move you between Shelf, Grow and Command. You can also add capacity without changing plan: +50 SKUs for ₹2,499/month or +1 extra platform for ₹7,999/month. There's no setup fee and no per-seat charge, and adding cities and dark stores is always free.
Support & troubleshooting
When something doesn't look right.
My numbers don't match my seller portal — what should I do?
Small differences can happen when a platform restates a day's numbers after we've synced, or when date ranges and timezones differ. If something looks off, email support@datapix.pro with the section and the date, and we'll investigate.
A section is empty — why?
Usually it means one of three things: there's no data for the selected date range yet (the day hasn't synced), the module isn't enabled for that platform, or a sync was delayed. If a sync is delayed you'll see a banner on the section. If an empty section persists, contact support.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
We'd love to hear it — email support@datapix.pro with the details (and a screenshot if it's a bug). Customer requests directly shape our roadmap.
How do I contact support?
Email support@datapix.pro. We're an India-based team and aim to respond quickly during business hours.
